Since 1987, we have worked at the heart of the Roe Valley community, creating opportunities and delivering services that support people of all ages. We are proud to provide a welcoming, inclusive environment where individuals, families and community groups can connect, access support and thrive. We are a registered charity founded in response to high levels of unemployment with the community, originally with a focus on job creation across a range of community projects.
Today, 35 years later, LCDI is still committed to its employment ethos and to continuously assessing and meeting the needs of our community. As of 2026 LCDI currently provides the following services
